At the heart of the offering, the 90-minute Saturn Returns Treatment is a soothing ritual crafted to dissolve stress and banish anxiety. Combining a massage, lymphatic facial, and a sound bath – all powered by Seabody’s Sleep Therapy – the treatment guides the body into a deep state of relaxation.
It begins with breathing exercises and meditation set to calming music and the gentle tones of a sound bath, creating an atmosphere so tranquil it’s easy to forget the busy streets of Soho outside. The massage then follows, applying targeted pressure that works through knots of tension.
