Dior opens newly redecorated boutique on London’s Sloane Street

AN ESSENCE of Avenue Montaigne has found its way to London with the reopening of the newly invigorated Dior boutique.

As Sloane Street itself undergoes immense regeneration, the Dior boutique has followed suit with a few touch ups here and there to reveal a luxury wonderland of light and transparency. Using the adored cannage motif as a foundation, the store nods to the brand’s mothership in Paris, playing on referential house codes while also hallmarking the newly reopened store as an individual shopping experience in the capital.

Dior Sloane Street

Not just a destination for high fashion but now interior design, each floor boasts the work of British artists including Victoria Morton, Peter Seal and Selma Parlour, while also introducing metaphorical language through the medium of furniture, as envisioned by Christophe Delcourt, Patricia Urquiola and VonneGut/Kraft.

Though customers will be happy to see a return of womenswear, accessories and high jewellery to their locality, the boutique also celebrates the unveiling of a menswear department for the very first time in this location, showcasing the latest creations of respective designers Maria Grazia Chiuri and Kim Jones harmoniously.
