She’s inspiring female self expression with the new Second Skin Smoky collection for Chanel, featuring four harmonies in three distinct products.
Four Harmonies, Three Products by Chanel
Pica is determined to create a refreshing line of makeup that not only avoids concealing a woman’s unique personality, but instead accentuates it. “It is not about covering them; it is about beauty,” the makeup expert reveals. “I am very attracted to style and character. I feel like women should still look polished just not too overly done and old-fashioned.”
Mauve Harmony, Chanel
Each palette in the collection is designed to allow an individual to play with the infinite element colour combinations. They can be mixed, layered, blended into unique shades and finishes that create that essential “second skin smoky” look.
Blue Harmony, Chanel
Les 4 Ombres are the stunning set palettes offering silky concentrated pigments that gently glide over the eyelid. Flawlessly bendable, the different combinations offered in each palette are easily styled to suit mood. Lucia Pica insists that with her palettes there are no strict rules. She encourages women to experiment, play and create effects that range from a simple natural definition to intense drama. The shades include: 318 Blurry Green, 322 Blurry Grey, 324 Blurry Blue and 328 Blurry Mauve.

The Style Yeux Waterproof eye pencil shades are all about defined sophistication. Again, CHANEL focuses on enhancing the eyes, rather than altering them drastically. With the retractable tip and integrated sharpener, spontaneous is encouraged. Whether tracing the contour of the upper lash line for a natural effect is needed, or a thicker application for sophisticated drama, the formula is sure to create a profound impact.

The waterproof eye pencil shades include 943 Brun Agapé, 944 Noir Énigmatique, 945 Black Wood, 946 Intense Teal and 948 Jungle Green.
Lucia Pica’s latest collection also features the first ever 3D–printed mascara brush, Le Volume Révolution De Chanel. It provides users with revolutionary precision and immediate, extreme volume. The high-tech innovation promises even application without clumps. In order to get the most effective look, Pica encourages users to apply extra mascara to the center of the lashes, and remove a little from the outer edges for a wide–eyes effect.
