Although Aurora Ozma is a newcomer to the British fashion scene, she is a highly promising and upcoming talent. In her recent Headonizm collection, she invites us to figure out the boundaries between masculine and feminine. Her character is translated through her hand-made millinery: delicate work and often with her signature embellished rhinestones. Unconventional juxtapositions are promised!

The collection resembles us a story of the Swan Lake: the good and the bad swan. Take the monochrome palette, for example. From tomboyish a la baseball caps to over-sized turbans and cowboy hats, this collection is celebrating the newest and the most acclaimed emerging talent in millinery. Another piece that drew our attention is balletic and very delicate white hat, embellished with flowers and intricately decorated with a leather trim.

Stephen Jones has selected Aurora himself to be presented during London Fashion Week, so it is safe to say that the young designer is doing really well. Interesting fact – Ozma is a self-taught milliner, the only training she had was at the age of 15 with Hockley’s furriers of Savile Row, London.
