Amelia Gray stars in Pucci’s Parade AW24 campaign

PARADE by Camille Miceli is the latest collection brought to you by the playful and colour-loving brand, Pucci.

Its latest campaign, starring model Amelia Gray and shot by Johnny Dufort captures the energetic assertion of exultant prints and silhouettes of the season. And, as always, the collection incorporates music and dance, but this time it’s a fresh spin on funk.

The season’s duality of flamboyance and fluidity is drawn from two inspirations: the lavish outfits worn by Prince and the embellished lightness of figure skating costumes. Together, there’s a mix of masculine and feminine shapes that span A-line skirts and blouses with taffeta balloon sleeves, constructed coats along with ultra-slim glittery suits that pay homage to the 70s. And of course, it wouldn’t be retro without flares.

Offering three lines within the collection, Late Summer in the City is complete with its rhythmic multi-colour prints, while High Summer by the Sea is all about kaftans and string bikinis in juicy hues of orange, pink and lime. Lastly, Urban Sunset channels a creative take on knits with intricate embellishments, plus new versions of Pucci’s Marmo denim.

This trio sits alongside footwear, cue the statement jewel sandals, black utility boots, key bags in the form of shoulder and bucket styles, and jewellery such as a shell sautoir that doubles as a pill case, a lighter pendant engraved with Marmo curves, and sparkling ear cuffs.

As accessories continue to underscore Pucci’s lifestyle division, there are new items including custom Pucci playing cards, paddle rackets, and Pucci for pets: a chic dog bed – as the brand says, “Pucci, after all, is about reviving the past in the present with an optimistic eye towards the future”.
