NAMED after the unique hillside in Los Angeles, the new Los Feliz sandal is birthed from an unprecedented collaboration between Birkenstock and Fear of God.
Handled exclusively by Birkenstock 1774, the German heritage brand’s special projects and collaboration’s location, this new footwear proposition channels functionality and a timeless design language. Mirroring closely to the iconic silhouette that is a Birkenstock sandal, Fear of God injects specific design cues like a deep heel cup, raw edge outsole and a monolithic strap closure to fluctuate the shoe’s trending minimalist aesthetic.
Available in two style codes, calf suede and wool felt, the Los Feliz accentuates that premium excitement of spring/summer footwear and still includes that Birkenstock signature cork-latex footbed in a tonal suede palette.
Both adult and child sizing are up for grabs, marking the first ever Birkenstock 1774 collaboration that is offered to kids. The adult version can be seen in five different colour-ways, boasting a higher profile, and a 10mm sole composed of TPU translucent rubber – a detail that can be seen across the range of Fear of God’s signature footwear.
