Dior AW21 collection is an artistic collaboration between Kim Jones and Peter Doig

KIM JONES, the artistic director of Dior Men, has teamed up with British Painter Peter Doig for the Winter 2021-2022 Dior Men’s collection.

Jones is not a stranger to creative collaboration – reinventing House staples each season in accordance with his most recent muse and collaborator. The Winter 2021-2020 collection is no exception. Well-loved signature pieces, such as the Saddle bag, make a reappearance adorned in a bold, earth-toned camouflage design—courtesy of Doig. Reminiscent of post-impressionist art, the stand-out yet timeless print flaunts large brush strokes and natural shapes.

Impeccable craftsmanship is on display in the 9-piece  Winter 2021-2022 collection. Doig’s military motif has been printed on delicate jacquard and used generously to elevate Jones’ silhouettes.

The collection exhibits a range of garments, including the highly sought after B23 sneakers, a zip-up bomber jacket and straight-leg trousers. Dior’s recent collaboration once again fashionably blurs the line between artist and muse.
