Dior releases an exclusive online experience for the launch of new Dior X Jordan trainers

FOR the Men’s Fall 2020 Runway show in Miami, Dior and celebrated street-wear designer Kim Jones partnered with Nike’s Jordan Brand to unveil the Air Jordan 1 OG Dior trainers.

Today, Dior has announced an exclusive online experience to purchase the new trainers. Available in both high-top and low-top, the limited-edition trainer will be released on a soon-to-be-revealed mini-site that consumers can register for a guaranteed opportunity to buy one pair of shoes.

The mini-site will specify three options: the preferred category of trainer, the pop-in or pop-up store pickup location, as well as the size required. Serving on a first-come-first-served basis, customers will have the opportunity to acquire their chosen style.

Alongside the new release will be the Air Dior Ready-to-Wear and Accessories capsule (also in collaboration with Jordan) which will be accessible to purchase in a series of Dior boutiques by registering on the digital microsite.

It will also be available at pop-in stores from July and at two pop-up stores located inside the Selfridges Corner Shop in London and Taikoo Li in Chengdu. Each pop-up will also showcase each step in crafting the collaboration, highlighting the excellence of savoir-faire in Dior’s ateliers.
