Filippa K appoints Anna Teurnell as Creative Lead


FOLLOWING the departure of the brand’s creative director, Liisa Kessler, Filippa K announces Anna Teurnell as their new creative lead, overseeing not just design, but all creative aspects of the label.

Founder and creative director of her own emerging luxury label, TEURN STUDIOS, Teurnell’s extensive design expertise and style vision is a clear alignment with the bold tailoring inherent to Filippa K.

On the appointment, Teurnell commented: “I am thrilled about this opportunity and excited to contribute to the journey of a brand that has been close to my heart for decades. I see amazing potential in Filippa K, both globally and locally. Working closely with the teams, my priority will be to define and develop the brand’s next generation of iconic products.”

Teurnell’s relaxed yet sleek aesthetic runs parallel to the brand’s timeless edge, and by utilising her proven ability to globalise a label, this move seems to cement Fillippa K’s commitment to affordable luxury positioning.
