IN Kensington, where heritage façades meet a quietly modern sensibility, a new kind of members’ house is preparing to open its doors. Maslow’s has unveiled its latest venture: Maslow’s Kensington, a design-led workspace that reimagines the office as a place of restoration as much as productivity.

Set within the award-winning Kensington Building, the 2 June 2026 opening marks an evolution for the brand, known for its tactile interiors and wellbeing-first philosophy. Designed by Mehrai Design under the direction of Afs Mehrai, the space draws on psychology and neuroaesthetics to shape how members move, think and feel throughout the day.

Inside of Maslow’s Kensington
Inside, four-metre windows flood the interiors with natural light, while sculptural staircases, terracotta tones and broadleaf oak floors create an atmosphere that feels both grounding and elevated. Thoughtful details – from gallery-style corridors to biophilic planting and acoustically softened rooms – transform the workspace into something far more sensory and intimate.
Wellness extends beyond aesthetics, with reformer Pilates, strength-training studios, and flexible social spaces designed to encourage movement, creativity, and connection throughout the day.
More than an office, Maslow’s Kensington reflects a growing cultural shift: the desire for spaces that nurture ambition without compromising wellbeing, where design becomes an active part of daily life.
