Issey Miyake launch two new intense Eau de Toilette

SINCE collaborating with Jacques Cavallier over thirty years ago, Issey Miyake’s L’Eau d’Issey has become renowned within the industry for its cool freshness and timeless allure.

Now, the Japanese brand is introducing two new Eau de Toilette – L’Eau d’Issey Solar Violet and L’Eau d’Issey Pour Homme Solar Lavender.

Formulated to capture “the essence of water on a woman’s skin”, the scents now include violet and lavender for a striking twist.

Speaking on the fragrances, Marie Salamagne, perfumer of L’Eau d’Issey Solar Violet and L’Eau d’Issey Pour Homme Solar Lavender, said: “These new fragrances narrate a passionate tale of light and contrast – warmed by the vibrant rays of spring, where water harmonises with the delicacy of crystalline violet and the potency of aromatic lavender.”

Solar Violet carefully intertwines the fragrance’s signature freshness with warmth and sensuality. Utilising organic violet leaves from Egypt, the scent also features pear and iris to enhance its natural aroma.

Meanwhile, the L’Eau d’Issey Pour Homme Solar Lavender utilises intense base notes for depth and spontaneity. Combining lavender with Sichuan pepper and cedarwood, the fragrance has been crafted with natural ingredients to exemplify Miyake’s dedication to ethically grown and harvested resources.
