IN A harmonious blend of art, fashion and film, Jonathan Anderson, the artistic savant at Loewe’s helm, and acclaimed Italian maestro Luca Guadagnino, unite their visionary talents to present ‘I Dreamt of Loewe’; a psychedelic dream-like cinematic experience for a preview of Loewe’s SS24 men’s collection.
Guadagnino, a multi-talented artist hailing from Palermo, weaves his storytelling magic into this enchanting visual narrative. An Oscar nominee and a Silver Lion laureate, his cinematic prowess meets Anderson’s design genius, creating an innovative fusion of art and fashion.
Set against the canvas of contemporary art gallery David Zwirner in New York, the film dances amid the backdrop of Echolalia, 2010, a vibrant exhibition by the inimitable Austrian artist Franz West. Featuring Andrea Isidori, Elliott McDean, Malick Anderson, and Adrians Smats captivated by West’s massive, bold sculptures and finds himself in a vivid, multicoloured fantasy.
The models’ add depth to the illusion, drawing attention to the season’s elongated silhouettes, tactile fabrications and crystal-embellished sunglasses.
