EVOLVING how it works with talent, L’Oréal Professionnel is launching its first-ever Global Creative Contributor crew and putting long-term collaboration ahead of traditional brand ambassadorship.
This new model, which is built around contribution, features an international line-up of stylists that’ll work closely with the brand to co-develop education, content, events and professional insights, led by L’Oréal Professionnel’s scientific and technological expertise.

L’Oréal Professionnel Global Creative Contributor Collective
Expect a broad mix of disciplines, from session styling and colour to education, editorial and social media to give a rounded view of the industry and reflect how hair professionals now work across salons, fashion, culture and digi platforms.
The UK is represented by colourist Ben Gregory, whose work spans fashion houses including Gucci, Valentino, Versace and Calvin Klein. He is joined by hairstylist Cyndia Harvey, whose career spans major runway shows and is marked by a long-standing commitment to inclusive beauty.
Describing the role as both personal and professional, Harvey says, “Being part of the L’Oréal Professionnel Global Creative Contributors is incredibly meaningful to me. I’ve grown with the brand throughout my career, so aligning with L’Oréal Professionnel not only professionally but also in values feels like a full circle moment that represents a shared purpose and a commitment to elevating female leads on a global scale.”
Across the wider crew, contributors have been selected not just for their profile or reach, but also for their technical credibility, originality, and ability to influence how the industry evolves. As a team, they’ll help decode trends, spotlight professional techniques and turn innovation into practical tools for hairdressers worldwide.
