MFW AW15: Salvatore Ferragamo

Salvatore Ferragamo AW15 show presented a minimal, classic, chic and crisp collection. Warm shades of caramel brown, olive green and burgundy flooded in the catwalk. Satin airy dresses infused in graphic lines while the motif of asymmetric patchworks was also obvious in the A-line turtleneck dresses.

A few androgynous looks of shoulder-paded blazer and trousers with high-water hems were intelligently juxtaposed with the feminine in firey red and olive green lace and leather garments. Also skirts with pleats fastened with high waist belts, and in terms of outerwear a plethora of ponchos and a furry overcoat strutted down the catwalk.

Overall, the 88-year-old luxurious house – whose name is synonymous with elegance  – stayed, once again, true to the values of the impeccable Italian craftsmanship.
