Penhaligon’s launch the Daphne Bouquet: a tribute to Highgrove Gardens

PENHALIGON’s has just released a new addition to its British Tales collection, meet Daphne Bouquet, a floral aromatic eau de parfum created in collaboration with Highgrove Gardens and in support of The King’s Foundation.

Drawing inspiration from The Stumpery, a shaded, fern-filled corner of Highgrove Gardens where the daphne flower grows, this scent channels its elegant setting, with notes that evoke a sense of stillness.

Opening with a bright note of blackcurrant leaf, the fragrance opens into the soft florals of the daphne flower, with a base of moss and vetiver for a scent that’s graceful, grounded, and subtle.

The fragrance also supports the work of The King’s Foundation, a charity founded by His Majesty King Charles III. The organisation focuses on education, traditional craft, horticulture and sustainable communities, and focuses on keeping heritage skills alive, creating opportunities for future generations.

Penhaligon’s, established in 1870, has a long history in the world of scents; originally opened as a barbershop on Jermyn Street, it has gone on to become one of Britain’s most recognisable perfume houses, loved for its storytelling via scents and craftsmanship. And of course, it comes as no surprise that it has gained multiple Royal Warrants and a loyal following over the years.

Daphne Bouquet is priced at $250 and is available at penhaligons.com.
