Pharrell’s Louis Vuitton Lovers lands at Selfridges

IN AN eclectic celebration of style and warmth, Louis Vuitton Lovers has landed at Selfridges.

Paying tribute to the launch of Pharrell Williams’ first collection at the Maison, the iconic department store will adopt new displays and home an experiential Paris Fashion Week-inspired space.

To commemorate the new year, Louis Vuitton will be taking over Selfridge’s windows and customising The Corner Shop from the 4th of January until the 7th of February 2024.

In particular, the windows will harken back to the sun imagery utilised in the spring-summer 2024 menswear show. Utilising a kaleidoscope of warm hues, the windows will spell out the question: “What will you do when the sun shines on you?” as a way to provide transient optimism to passers-by.

Similarly, Louis Vuitton Lovers will arrive at The Selfridges Corner Shop. Paying homage to the Maison’s timeless Damier chessboard graphic, SS24’s Damoflage print makes a poignant return throughout the reimagined space.

The cubic display also makes subtle references to significant cultural landmarks in Paris, including Pont Neuf – the location of Pharrell’s first Louis Vuitton show. With music from the show providing the perfect shopping soundtrack, more references to the infamous show become apparent as one explores the display.
