Powder Byrne Properties launch Chesa Araus

The established experts in the luxury ski travel business, Powder Byrne Properties have announced plans to build nine luxury apartments in the quaint resort of Arosa in Switzerland, where local houses are chocolate box and queues for ski lifts non existent. Known as a skiing resort for over 100 years – whilst also boasting extended hours of sunshine in the summer months – this mountain range sits at the end of the Schanfigger Valley and is surrounded by the picture-perfect Graubünden Mountains.

Architecturally, the property designs are of typical chalet styles using regional materials, whilst luxury finishes such as kitchens and bathrooms are hand made. Communal areas are bolstered by a sauna, Jacuzzi, private gym and bespoke ski room, complete with an honesty bar.

Known by local skiers and hikers as a low key, secluded location that is gaining popularity year on year, the arrival of Powder Byrne Properties will no doubt bring exclusivity to this charming Swiss town’s credentials.
