Preferred Hotel Group launch Points for Good initiative in honour of Earth Day

IN ANTICIPATION and celebration of Earth Day, Preferred Hotel Group have launched their Points for Good initiative, enabling their guests to give back to the planet. Travellers earn points through membership in the brand’s I Prefer Hotel rewards Programme which can then be donated to Ocean Heroes Network, an organisation working in support of young people in their advocacy for, and championship of, clean and healthy oceans.

The global non-profit works to equip young leaders with skills and tools to develop their careers in marine environmentalism.

The Hotel Group emphasise the importance of furthering our commitment to the environment, especially in the wake of such a difficult year, one which has pushed so many to recognise the significance of the natural world as so much of our lives were forced to change.

As they put it, this year’s Earth Day “serves as a gentle reminder that tang care of the planet should be a priority for all”.
