Rotate launches their AW23 collection with new campaign

TAKING inspiration from the late 80s glam-rock subculture, Rotate‘s new autumn-winter 2023 collection sees a variety of style codes that appreciate the freedom of the era.

An ode to the rebellious nature of the fashion throughout the decades creates a series that challenges the norms and pushes creative boundaries. It is high voltage glamour with an edge.

Using exaggerated silhouettes to resemble new found confidence and energy seamlessly blends into the collection’s heavy sparkle and embellishment adoption.

Between the elegance and extravagance, a statement is made in these reimagined evening-wear garments as they boast oversized and saturated sequins that are placed upon delicate lace, dresses in micro-mini to floor-length are draped, frilled, and ruched, and bow details are seen throughout.

As expected, the colour palette is a deep dive into that strong 80s era, featuring metallics, rich black, and stark white. Of course there is the occasional animal print number that reflects that grunge, rock ‘n’ roll fever dream perfectly.

By using luxury, tactile fabrics the collection can afford to bring the drama to the 2023. With bold floral jacquard print, lavish velvet, crisp poplin, poufy taffeta and brave vinyl, Rotate executes a foolproof answer to complimenting each and every silhouette they embody.
