Taiwanese actress Shu Qi appeared in a total Chanel look, at Chanel Sous Le Signe du Lion Jewellery Exhibition, in Bejing, China. She posed wearing Chanel 2013 Fall/Winter Haute Couture, a total black coat and dress in tweed and wool embroidered with vinyl crossed strips.
The Chanel outfit was combined with jewellery from the Chanel High Jewels Sous Le Signe du Lion collection; a Lion Venitie necklace and earrings in 18 carat white gold which was set entirely with diamonds; a Lion Mosaique ring, the majestic lion’s head is the central design for the Mosaique ring, set in 18 carat white gold with diamonds. The event took place on January 16.
Sous Le Signe du Lion, Chanel’s new high jewellery series, comprises 58 big cat-inspired jewels. The lion which is “manipulated” to feature in every piece of the new collection is linked to the patron saint of Venice, and symbolises power and beauty.
