Tommy Hilfiger and Shawn Mendes unite for a Spring 2023 Collection

TOMMY Hilfiger and Shawn Mendes have joined forces for a new sustainable fashion collection, Tommy X Shawn Classics Reborn, to launch in Spring 2023. The 28-piece capsule takes a fresh spin on the pre-90s prep style, displaying inclusiveness with the relaxed fits and placing emphasis on sustainability via the use of cutting-edge recycled materials.

The campaign features a diverse cast, including Shawn’s sister, Aaliyah Mendes, author and model Maye Musk, singer-songwriter Jon Vinyl, artist-producer Mike Sabath, multidimensional artist Ahmad Cissé, designer Czarina Kwong, models Yvesmark Chery and Anita Jane Pathammavong, and finally champion for change Deprise Lons. Together they’ve united to embody the collection’s four principles: Color Reborn, Materials Reborn, Self Reborn, and Community Reborn.

The Colour Reborn principle utilises Recycrom™, a dye created from pre-consumer factory cutting waste, while Materials Reborn incorporates Circulose, a blend of recycled textile waste and wood fibre. Self Reborn emphasizes the importance of taking a fresh look at passions, perspectives, and style, while Community Reborn underlines the value of surrounding oneself with inspiring people.

Tommy Hilfiger and Shawn Mendes have a shared vision of creating sustainable and inclusive fashion, and this collection reflects their commitment to a more responsible future in fashion. As Tomy Hilfiger shared, “The Tommy X Shawn Classics Reborn collection marks another step towards realising our vision for sustainability, as we aim to create fashion that Wastes Nothing and Welcomes All”.
