LOS ANGELES fashion brand MOTHER has opened its first standalone flagship store, 15 years after launching the label. Located on North Canon Drive in Beverly Hills, the 3,850 sq ft space has been designed to feel more like a home than a traditional shop. A series of connected rooms, curved walls and residential-style interiors replace the usual open retail floor. It creates a space that visitors can explore at their own pace.

At the centre of the store is a sunken conversation pit, while an adjoining café serves coffee, matcha and tea loaves. There are also pink-toned fitting rooms, a display of objects and artwork that will change over time, custom embroidery services and products available only at the Beverly Hills store.
The opening coincides with MOTHER’s Fall 2026 collection launch. The Beverly Hills flagship will carry the brand’s denim, ready-to-wear, knitwear, outerwear, and accessories. It will stock exclusive items, including limited-edition pieces, seasonal exclusives, and store-only merchandise.

The flagship represents a major milestone for the Los Angeles-based brand. The company still manufactures over 90% of its products in the city. Nearly two years have passed since MOTHER lost a planned Pacific Palisades retail project in the wildfires, shortly before opening. Throughout its first month, the store will host a programme of weekend events for customers and the local community.
