Guerlain launches online tailored beauty advice service

LIVING in the current circumstances following the COVID-19 pandemic, beauty may not be the first on your lockdown to-do list. However, with the unruly amount of time that we now have on our hands, it could be the perfect opportunity to experiment with our tastes.

The French heritage brand, Guerlain, has created an online tool to assist with any beauty needs this lockdown, and better yet, it can be done straight from the sofa. The house, which specialises in perfume, cosmetics and skincare, has set up an online experience to give tailored beauty advice and “to help you look after yourself well while at home.” The free service includes two types of appointments: a Beauty Masterclass and a Personal Call.

Chose the Beauty Masterclass and experience Guerlain’s culture of beauty through a one-to-one video call with an expert consultant. The 30-minute call consists of tailored advice on makeup, skincare and fragrance, consultation for a unique beauty regime to suit you, and other tips and tricks. Or, you can opt for the 15-minute personal call with a beauty expert to answer any specific beauty questions.
