THE Italian luxury brand Bottega Veneta opens the doors to their biggest store to date in the fashionable shopping district of Ginza in Tokyo. The six-storey flagship store will showcase the finest luxury goods the Italian brand has to offer, ranging from ready-to-wear collections, shoes, fragrances, jewellery to furniture.

The architecture of the building encapsulates the futuristic spirit inherent to the Japanese capital with its 900 lunar panels, where the smart placement of windows create a dissolving illusion. The interior of the store is equally impressive as it fuses Japanese and Italian tradition. Inspired by Light and Space artists for the sixties, who believed in creating a certain atmosphere by experimenting with light and geometric shapes, watch how the Kyoto White plaster walls transition from colour to colour when the sunlight hits.
