ONCE again, Bvlgari is redefining the high jewellery landscape with the debut of Polychoma, its latest high-end collection that was unveiled in the Sicilian town of Taormina.
Fusing ancient beauty and contemporary emotion, Polychoma is a bold celebration of colour, creativity and innovation, boasting an unprecedented 250 pieces that span jewellery and watches – including 60 millionaire pieces, the most ever presented by the Italian Maison.

At the heart of the multi-sensory celebration was its location: the Greek Theatre of Taormina, which has transformed into a space that brought together art, fashion and performance. The event unfolded in a three-act theatrical experience choreographed Sir Wayne McGregor, dressed by Francesco Murano‘s couture and sparkled from the radiant jewels by Bvlgari.
Just steps away, the brand also took to revamping the historic San Domenico Palace — a former 15th-century convent and now a Four Seasons outpost — into an extraordinary showroom, showcasing 600 masterpieces in a space that radiated both opulence and innovation.

Veils of organza and Carrara marble installations by Riccardo Gatti, volcanic accents by Malagioie, and digital artworks transformed into textiles by Rubelli formed a dreamlike display where craftsmanship met contemporary art. At its centre, the Gallery of Wonders spotlighted five milestone creations, set beneath a bespoke marble mosaic echoing Bvlgari’s Roman roots.

Polychroma redefines the boundaries of craftsmanship, gemology, and goldsmithing excellence, with every piece standing as a masterpiece of art, each gemstone an expression of unparalleled rarity and beauty”.

Every detail — from the Florio-inspired tapestries to a chevron carpet nodding to Visconti’s Il Gattopardo — anchored the collection in the artistic and cinematic soul of Sicily. With Polychroma, Bvlgari has elevated itself once more into the upper echelons of beautiful rare stone designs.
