Dior welcomes the summer with the Chez Moi capsule collection

INVITING visions of poolside days, Dior is helping those come to fruition with the Chez Moi capsule collection. Enriched with a variety of new pieces, all designed by womenswear creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri, the house codes are being transformed into your summer essentials.

Infusing the reverse toile de Jouy and Dior Oblique pattern into pyjama sets, bathrobes, that could definitely be used as pool cover-ups, and ponchos, perfect for lunchtime feasts with your family, this collection has everything you need. Taking Monsieur Dior’s two favourite colours, blue and grey, the shades see themselves give another element of variety to these pieces, while scarves, D-Way mules and the Dior Book Tote are reimagined in lighter versions.

Chiuri’s genius lies in her consistent taste for designing clothes for the modern woman – no fuss, no over-the-top designs, just wearable clothing. This Chez Moi collection was no different. Liberation and movement are all key components to the items, as silhouettes allow you to look elegant without the season’s heat bother you. Only thing that is now missing is a beach.
