Glass presents No Lifeguard On Duty – a story by photographer Louise Samuelsen

SWIMWEAR encapsulates our dreams of holidays far afield – kicking back on the Amalfi coast filled with beach parasols and loungers under the watchful eye of the lifeguard on duty. Lounging on deck in the Mediterranean or wandering to the beach bar.
As all our holiday plans have been tenuous. We are not bound by those thoughts but look to the fields, the garden, our decks and parks. Outdoor swimming and wild swimming becomes our new horizon where there are no lifeguards on duty.
