AT A time where distance is infused in all parts of our lives, fashion continues to spark our imaginations with clothes designed for a world where we can experience all the things we miss. David Koma’s pre-fall 2021 collection blurs the lines between comfort and fantasy, for a lust for life and the reality of our lives at home.
For his first-ever pre-fall collection, the Georgian designer is taking inspiration from the British royal family. Living in London, his adopted home has become a continual source of inspiration for his clothes, from the capital’s skyline to now, being the style of HRH Elizabeth II.
Looking beyond the royal attire of Her Majesty, David Koma looks at the Queen’s love for the equestrian sport and the longevity of the style of the late Lady Diana.
