Jesse Jenkins Partners with The Donovan Bar at Brown’s Hotel, London

HIP Californian renaissance man, successful photographer, chef, and author, Jesse Jenkins is currently in residency, cooking flavourful contemporary Mexican fare in collaboration with The Donovan Bar at Brown’s Hotel, London.

Jenkins, known for his sensational cuisine-centred social media portal ‘Another Day In Paradise’ @adip_food, has been at the crossroads of fashion, pro-skateboarding, music, and the Hollywood social scene since the late noughties. He had been immersed in restaurants since he was a skater during his childhood in L.A., working with his mom in the business, and learning from legendary chef Nancy Silverton.

Having collaborated as a photographer/director with luxury brands such as Marc Jacobs, Simone Rocha and Miu Miu – Jenkins also trained as a chef himself.

Whilst immersed in the elegance of The Donovan Bar during the cold winter months in London, expect fresh flavourful, Mexican street-food influenced, small sharing-plates like Tacos Al Pastor, Fish Tacos and Prawn Toast Tostadas. Balance that with super-inventive plant-based specials like zesty Pineapple Tacos, and you’re in for a treat.

A cocktail selection to complement the ‘Another Day In Paradise’ menu has been created by Maestro Salvatore Calabrese of Mixology Federico Paven. Pairings ranging from smoky spice to citrus brightness will add to the worldly buzz of this divine collaboration.
