LFWM SS19: Oliver Spencer

BRITISH designer Oliver Spencer transported a piece of countryside to London during his SS19 show called Wildflower. The show began with a spring-colored video showing images of flowers such as poppies or daisies. This video was a foretaste of the collection, models have paraded through a tulle veil guided by the wind on a mellow but powerful music.

In a hippy-ish and bucolic atmosphere, the models was wearing very fluid and perfectly adjusted outfits that highlighted perfectly the age diversity of the models. Oliver Spencer has proposed a new version of the modern man, a casual and timeless version. The collection featured unstructured suits who was combined elegance and modernity. But also ensemble and outfits in fresh and light natural tones like beige, pink, khaki, blue and of course white. To had more poetry at this show the models were wearing flower necklaces

Beyond the fashion side, Oliver Spencer collection offers an ethical fashion – using organic cotton and new fabrication method more respectful of the environment.
