MM6 Maison Margiela and Salomon open a new chapter in their successful design partnership – a celebration of a shared ethos, offering unconventional perspectives on progressive and technically advanced designs.
Part of the SS25 AVP collection, this functional, ultralight and fast no-gender capsule combines Salomon’s hi-tech constructive details and innovative materials with MM6’s distinct aesthetic twists, playing on the House’s specific approach to colours, prints and proportions.

Infusing sportswear silhouettes with a casual yet radical allure, this sleek and durable mix-and-match running-inspired wardrobe is made to pile up and layer on according to the wearer’s wants, bringing style, comfort and performance to even the most active urban lifestyles.
Offered in deep black or jadeite, cut from thin windbreaker nylon, acetate running fabric and a lightweight seamless material, quotidian sportswear essentials take on an intriguing and subtly technical new vibe.
The utilitarian MA-1 bomber jacket is updated in a translucent windproof ripstop material with a relaxed fit, features reflective taped seams, and the MM6 x Salomon logo stamped on the chest. A wide short playing on MM6’s signature oversized proportions is upgraded in a light, stretchy ripstop fabric with laser-cut hems.

Logo tanks and t-shirts with long or short sleeves are paired with fitted running shorts in the line’s Body Mapped Seamless hi-tech material. This ultra comfortable and breathable 3D bio-based polyamide, combining textural mesh with a jacquard weave, also adds a futuristic spin to basic t-shirt shapes with bold MM6 x Salomon logos emblazoned on the front or back, playful Xerox-style photographic prints of a pair of Salomon ACS Pro sneakers slung around the neck, or a punk-ish tag attached by tiny safety pins printed on the chest.

New to the collaboration, Salomon’s Road running shoe, the Spectur 2, offers distinctive mesh construction technology in strong, sleek monochrome black or an ethereal, luminous and slightly translucent pale sage to match the clothes.
XT-4 Mule sneakers are also reworked and updated in two new seasonal colourways: an intense cornflower blue with brown detailing, and the signature mix of sun-bleached whites. Matching accessories include a running cap cut from the same fast-drying stretch ripstop material as the line’s baggy shorts.
