Park Chinois’ expert bar staff have created six special festive cocktails themed around classic fairytales. They are titled Jesters Rush, Tangles Locks, Forbidden Apple, Golden Belle, Glass Slipper and Mermaid’s Tales. They are all made using warming, rich spirits such as rum, cognac and rye whiskey, and seasonal, spiced ingredients such as honey vermouth, chestnuts and smoked citrus fruits.

The Forbidden Apple cocktail includes smooth rye whisky fused with 20 years old aged port, apple and honey vermouth, elevated by aromatic bitters. The Golden Belle cocktail is a gin-based cocktail with a kaleidoscope of colours as a result of the inclusion of butterfly pea tea — it has a citrus and fruity finish.
