Tod’s collaborates with Chiara Ferragni in new Tod’s Generations campaign


LEADING fashion and accessories brand Tod’s has collaborated with the Italian entrepreneur and blogger Chiara Ferragni on a new project for their Tod’s Generations line which celebrates family and empathy.

For Tod’s Generations Chiara, her mother Marina and her sisters Valentina and Francesca come together to showcase the ideals represented by the collection.

The project follows these women from two different generations through private moments, activities and meetings as they represent the core of Tod’s identity – Italian culture, heritage and an emphasis on family values.

The classic Gommino loafers become the focal point of the campaign as it is handed down from generation to generation. As Chiara Ferragni and her family live their day to day life, they are presented with the timeless yet modern Gommino loafers and Bow bag.

The Gommino loafers shine in bright colours of red, purple, orange and green, while the Bow bag is showcased in both red and white hues.

With this Tod’s Generations, Tod’s and Chiara Ferragni find the right balance between tradition and modernity.

“The gommino is one of the icons of Italian taste, I remember it from my childhood and I like the idea that it is a timeless classic to be handed down from generation to generation”, says Chiara Ferragni.

The fashion blogger and Tod’s have decided to donate to Bambini della Fate, a non-profit organisation that supports education for families with autistic children and other disabilities.
