Piedmont, recently titled Lonely Planet’s top region in the world to visit, has quickly become one of Italy’s best-kept secrets from its delicious cuisine, striking scenery and charming culture. Situated at the top of a mountain near the whimsical town of Calosso, the bed-and-breakfast property is posted by vineyard-lined rolling hills and is the product of two former farmhouses, featuring well-maintained gardens with a yoga deck and large pool that is the splendid seat for panoramic views of the valley below.

Each of the 10 bedrooms carries its own unique charm and character as scattered amongst the spaces are beautiful artworks, textiles and antique objects which have been hand-picked by Stephen and Ricardo from their travels. The Italian artisanship is glorified throughout as divine Italian mattresses and bath products add to the authenticity of the stay.

All rooms provide bashful vineyard and mountain views, or even look out onto the historic hilltop town of Calosso, via French doors, a balcony or a terrace. Breakfast is served daily in the Limonaia room, while aperitivos and antipasti are available on the terrace. Private on-site dining experiences can be arranged on request.
