REMINISCENT of the runway that was erected in the Palais-Royale gardens in Paris three years ago for Virgil Abloh’s debut show for Louis Vuitton, the artistic director is unveiling a very special collection titled A Piece of the Rainbow. An optimistic offering of easy to wear and dynamic pieces designed with signature LV motifs in mind.
From hooded sweatshirts and sporty trousers hinting at the designer’s past in streetwear, to flower-padded blousons and monogram shirts.

Worn to be mismatched or for those bold enough, to totally colour block, feather-light versions of the clothes come in shiny or matte technical finishes, while sleeves also vary in their length, adapting to weather changes allowing the wearer to pick between either full-sleeve or sleeveless.

Cashmere plays a lead role in this collection seen in sweaters and hats, ideal for the colder months fast approaching us. Alternatively, for those planning an escape to the sun, the well-loved 1.1 Millionaires sunglasses are returning with an acetate frame in four new bright colours.
