Givenchy debuts Kenny bag, Antigona Sport bag and clogs for spring

GIVENCHY debuts gorgeous new bags and shoes just in time for spring. Designed by the brand’s creative director Matthew Williams, they are the perfect and oh-so-chic additions to the fashion house’s existing catalogue.

The Kenny [bag] is a supple bourse-style handbag that nods to the evening bags of the early 2000s but is anchored in the here and now,” writes Givenchy.

It is compact enough to be handheld or worn on the shoulder using the metal chain strap. The additional metal hardware details create a subtle edgy touch that draws it out of the early 2000s and well into 2022.

The Antigona Sport is a contender for the it bag of the spring.

A well-received new addition to the Antigona Family range, which mimics the original shape of the classic. The bag is crafted using soft leather and is available in various shades, including a light lilac for Spring.

Woven bags are one of this season’s hottest trends. The Givenchy SS22 collection includes a capsule of Rafia Embroidered bags in six styles, including the Antigona Tote – perfect for poolside outings.

It is available in a neutral colour palette featuring woven and hardware details that hit every mark.

A new purse also needs a new pair of shoes to go with it; thankfully, Givenchy has all the bases covered. The traditional clog gets a massive rebranding with the new Marshmellow Wedge and G Clog Boots.

With multiple colours to choose from – style does not have to be sacrificed for comfort, thanks to Givenchy’s new footwear.

Each season welcomes a new opportunity to revitalize one’s wardrobe. Givenchy, a brand that not only embodies the trends but creates them, is a perfect place to start on one’s search for the perfect spring addition to their closet.
