Alexander Wang’s autumn/winter 2015 ad campaign contains a menagerie of models, dancers, and general celebrities, all sporting his ready to wear collection. The collection was shot by photographer Steven Klein and some of the models involved in the campaign include Anna Ewers, Binx Walton, Lexi Boling, and Isabella Emmack, as well as singer Alice Glass and the Japanese dance duo AyaBambi. Considering those are just a few of the names it really shows how large the group shots of this campaign really were.
Wang’s signature dark, moderately gothic sort of style continues to come through in this collection. The photos are in black and white and were shot in a more industrial style area of Brooklyn, New York which only adds to the sort of edginess that the collection displays. The images reflect the Alexander Wang style as it was originally designed, dark and intense.
