Calvin Klein partners with Heron Preston

AMERICAN brand Calvin Klein embarks on a new adventure by partnering with designer Heron Preston. Drawing upon the house codes of utility and performance which have lead to the creation of a lifetime of wardrobe staples, Preston aims with his new collection for the brand to design clothes with the aim of transcending trends. Together, the designer and brand, through a shared vision, plan on creating clothes for real people.

The journey began with Preston coming in as a creative consultant, looking through the archives and iconic pieces tied to the brand like the classic My Calvin underwear, white t-shirts and straight leg jeans. Taking these items, Preston has stripped the unnecessary noise from the clothes and is focusing on the raw, fearless spirit at the core of the brand.

The Calvin Klein globally recognised aesthetic is brought to life through a handpicked cast of fresh talent, from Ashley Graham and Kaia Gerber to Jordan Alexander and Sabrina Fuentes.

“I just wanted to find a universal language that speaks to a global audience. One that doesn’t alienate but rather invites you in this world of simplicity, removing complexity and allowing you to discover your own style through the comfort and support of the garments”, explains Preston on his debut collection.
