AVAILABLE in three colour-ways, Dior launches the new B33 sneakers. In contrast to other subversive footwear pieces from the autumn-winter 2023 menswear collection – such as 3D-printed derby shoes – the sneakers carry more attitude and everyday flair. Having been available since July 13th, the shoes prove to be a hit amongst the cult-following of the Maison.
Acting as a perfect combination of a skate shoe and a b-boy sneaker, the B33’s low-top design has a chunky, rubber midsole and comes in various finishes. One has the freedom to choose between a unique mohair option, the classic Dior oblique print or a limited denim colour-way – a Dior Tears capsule collection exclusive.
Additionally, the B33 sneakers embody Dior and LVMH’s LIFE 360 initiative which strives for increased transparency. In each right sole, the wearer can find an encrypted NFC key which, once scanned, will display information on where the shoe was made, manufacturing details and the shoe’s certificate of authenticity.
For those particularly interested in collecting similar pioneering shoes, the key will also provide information on upcoming sneaker drops.
Combining practicality with refinement, the B33 paves the way for future innovation in the sneaker world. The shoes are now online at www.dior.com and available to buy at prices ranging from £830 to £1,100.
