Gucci set to open Osteria da Massimo Bottura in Seoul

OPENING its fourth global restaurant on 28 March 2022, Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura is travelling to Seoul and set to take residency on the top floor of the Gucci Goak flagship store.

The contemporary Italian restaurant has already seen success in Beverly Hills’ Rodeo Drive and in Ginza, Tokyo, so this third global outpost is sure to be worth the visit.

Adding the same level of creativity and playfulness of the fashion brand to cuisine, guests can enjoy a truly unique dining experience that infuses the identity and diversity of its location with the values of Gucci Osteria.

Introducing a menu that brings Italian and Korean cultures together, the food is developed by internationally acclaimed Massimo Bottura, Karime Lopez, Hyungku Jun and Davide Cardellini, who are returning with signature dishes such as the Emilia Burger and Tortellini with Parmigiano Reggiano Cream but also unveiling special mains like Seoul Garden and Summer in Adriatic.

“There is an invisible thread that runs through each of the Gucci Osteria globally: one that entwines Italian food with the food and produce of other great global cuisines,” explains Massimo. “Korea – like Italy – embraces its food as part of its culture, and I’m so excited to welcome everyone to our Seoul outpost”.
