This month in a new step towards worldwide expansion luxury heritage lingerie brand La Perla have opened the doors to their latest flagship boutique in Hong Kong.
Situated on Hong Kong’s Russell Street the new store measures in at an impressive 600 square metres and was a project entrusted to Italian architect Roberto Baciocchi. Baciocchi, who has also created the concepts for all the new boutiques including London’s Old Bond Street flagship, is credited with creating an instantly recognisable image for the brand internationally.
Reflecting many elements of classic Italian architecture, with floor to ceiling marble and stripped down baroque arches, the store design also incorporates fabrics representative of the brand, such as hanging lengths of tulle, and also state-of-the-art features, including a 13 x 9 video wall screening videos of La Perla’s collections dominating the façade.
Spread over four floors with the second floor being dedicated to men’s lifestyle collections, the new Hong Kong flagship takes pride of place for the brand on one of the city’s most popular shopping streets.
In addition the fourth floor, an espace prive, is also dedicated to VIP customers who can access exclusive services such as the Atelier and Made to Measure collections.
