LFWM: DANSHAN SS18

SCHOOL maybe out for the summer, but that doesn’t mean you can’t be prepared for September. DANSHAN presented their latest SS18 collection at Kings College – fitting for the garments they debuted.

The models displayed the outfits they wore in one of the campus classrooms. Surrounded by chairs, desk and small ‘90s box TVs which played bad quality of Learning with DANSHAN. Guest were treated milk boxes with red and white striped straws. Very Oxford.

According to DANSHAN, gendered behaviour begins at school. Green, maroon, black and navy formed the colour palette for the school attire. Large corduroy maroon blazer featured a school emblem on the pocket of the left breast. The logo features the sun, waves and shaking hands. The three key objects featured on the TV and means vulnerability and strength. Another look was a navy button down shirt with sailor collars perfect for the rowing team.

A Glass favourite look was a reddish, orange jacket with pleated puffer sleeves. The model also wore a white neck scarf, reminiscent of the Victorian era. Typical white school shirts, metallic rain jacket and ties created the ideal school uniform for the 21st century.
