Glass had a chance to test out two of these colours, Recollection and Rich and Restless. Recollection is a bright vibrant purple colour that pretty much dries on the lips to the colour it looks in the tube, but it might not hurt to give it a second coat. MAC products are high quality and so have strong pigments but the liquid version sometimes thins as you spread it across your lips.

Rich and Restless has a similar effect, coming out a bit more as a bright orange with hints of pink rather than the colour that it goes on as. But they have a great lasting colour that gives you a velvety finish for your Hollywood glam days. Available now in 15 shades from MAC Cosmetics for £21.
