EMPORIO Armani for Milan Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2022 created a 120 look collection. The collection boasts an extensive colour palette starting with various shades of navy and patchwork denim and finishing off with bold, gemstones hues and shimmering plastic fabrics.
The collection offers a million lifetimes in just one single season – hopping from one aesthetic to the next and tied together by brilliant craftsmanship. It’s an eclectic mix of garments from see-through, embellished gowns to a emerald green, losing fitting short and blouse set with a grandfather collar.
Silhouettes are consistently cut generously to create garments that are free-flowing and breathable – barely there, spaghetti strap silk mini dresses and a hooded caftan poncho with a zippable sleeve.
There are watercolour-esque prints that add a playful touch to the wearable pieces. Outfits are finished off with thick, beaded knot necklaces, woven hats, futurtistic sunnies and harnesss-like accessories.
Armani displays their vast design sensibility in the wide range of aesthetics perfected in the SS22 collection while simultaneously modernising vintage classics with the beloved Armani touch.
