Panetteria by Fuccina opens in the heart of Marylebone

PANETTERIA by Fucina has just opened for business in the heart of Marylebone, next door to its much-loved sister restaurant, the hugely popular Fucina. At the helm of the organic deli and bakery is head baker, Massimiliano Porta.

Alongside freshly baked breads, sandwiches, pastries and cakes, Panetteria by Fucina stocks Italian artisanal grocery items, such as the finest selection of fresh meats, cheeses, dried pastas, canned goods, truffles, oils and condiments. Customers can create their very own authentic Italian meals at home, with each item sourced by Panetteria by Fucina’s food buyer, Andrea Orsini.

Guests can start their day in typically Italian style by standing at the counter to enjoy a blend of specially created coffee or a cold-pressed juice, accompanied by a choice of pastries or a slice of breakfast pizza.

There is a wine shop in the lower level and opposite, floor-to-ceiling windows, through which inquisitive clientele can view the process of gelato and pasta making by the Panetteria’s chefs.
