T’ang Court, Hong Kong have been awarded three Michelin stars


T’ANG Court restaurant in The Langham hotel in Hong Kong has been awarded three Michelin stars in the 2018 Michelin guide, Hong Kong and Macau for the third year in a row. T’ang Court was awarded its first Michelin star in 2009 and is one of only four Cantonese restaurants in the world to have a Michelin star. The Langham hotel’s restaurant has also won other international culinary awards such as Top 100 Restaurants, Elite Traveller 2017, 100 Top Tables, South China Morning Post, 2017, and Recommended Rated Restaurants, Forbes Travel Guide, 2016.

T’ang Court’s head chef, Kwong Wai Keung, is dedicated to creating Cantonese culinary masterpieces using the best, fresh seasonal ingredients. The menu includes authentic delicacies such as Baked oyster with Port wine, stir-fried fresh Lobster with spring onions, red onions, and shallots and baked stuffed crab shell with crab meat and spring onion and ginger or with bell pepper and fresh chilli.
