The Givenchy Gentleman comes to life with new collection

WHAT is elegance? Givenchy’s latest collection has the answer. Inspired by the spirit of Hubert de Givenchy’s “Givenchy Gentleman”, the French luxury fashion house has just released a series of refined, contemporary silhouettes.

Titled Effortless Elegance, the new collection exhibits the House’s timeless expertise and know-how. Tapping Tomo Campbell – the British art phenomenon – for the campaign, the ensemble comes to life within the walls of the recently revived Parisian restaurant Maxim’s.

Lensed by Jack Day, Campbell strolls the decadent space, embodying the image of the contemporary Givenchy Gentleman.

Campbell falls beautifully in line with the holistic Givenchy aesthetic. Hubert de Givenchy was also an acclaimed art collection and would have been drawn to Campbell’s abstract compositions.

The collection itself emphasises sensible suiting. Offering an array of pieces that can be easily mixed and matched to fit any occasion, the structural staples exude sophistication. Available in a kaleidoscope of hues such as ivory, sand, grey, royal blue, navy and black, the suits are versatile and adaptable.

Intertwining sharp outerwear with other wardrobe classics such as jacquard knits, utility jackets and varsity-inspired outerwear, the collection covers formal and casual dressing attire.

The Effortless Elegance collection will be available in Givenchy stores and online starting from April 19th.
