INTERNATIONAL boxing superstar Floyd Mayweather is set to win over the fashion industry with the help of designer Philipp Plein. The first capsule of the collaboration is planned to be unveiled at Mayweather’s 50th fight against MMA fighter Conor McGregor and will be followed by three more collections over the next two years.
Plein and Mayweather collaborate on new collection
Plein who is famous for his extravagance and his more is more outlook on fashion speaks fondly of the sportsman expressing, “His fashion sense and fearless attitude perfectly match the Philipp Plein mood and lifestyle.”
Additional to designing a customer boxing robe and bespoke team outfits for the event, the first collection will be available in limited quantities on Philipp Plein’s website and inside his Las Vegas flagship store.
