Opening on the 26th of February 2024, Jara by Martín Berasategui is Dubai’s first Basque restaurant.

Located on the 18th floor of The Lana, the new dining venue offers a multi-sensory experience to every visitor. Helmed by Martín Berasategui – an incredible chef possessing 12 Michelin stars – Jara will offer unrivalled Basque culinary delights.
Featuring highlights such as tomato tartare with stracciatella, oysters with Martín Berasategui’s gazpacho, Martín’s salad, grilled octopus, Kokotxas casserole with clams, whole blue lobsters, seabass supreme, Australian Westholme Wagyu T-bone steak, Spanish baby lamb shoulder and many more, the menu is certain to impress.
