From 28th January to 2nd February 2025, guests can celebrate the Year of the Snake with a blend of timeless traditions and delicious culinary bites. The Dorchester restaurant will be adorned with sparkling Chinese lanterns, which beautifully complement the restaurant’s hand-painted silk wallpaper and surrounding objets d’art, on 24th January to begin the celebrations.

Then, on the evenings of the 28th and 29th of January, high-energy lion dance performances will feed the joyful festivities.

Alongside the celebrations, the staff have designed an exquisite range of chef’s specials to mark the occasion. Standout dishes include the Lo Hei â€“ a raw fish salad or abalone salad, the lobster with XO sauce on crispy noodles, and the cornucopia of mixed seafood and poultry featuring Japanese or Australian abalone.
